1. Event Planning and Coordination
• Plan and execute events such as trade shows, product launches, dealer conferences, training sessions, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives, themes, and target audiences.
• Identify and secure venues, vendors, and necessary resources for events.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all event elements align with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations showcasing air conditioning products and solutions.
2. Marketing and Promotion
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media campaigns, and invitations to drive attendance.
• Engage with attendees to generate leads and gather feedback during events.
3. Logistics and Budget Management
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
• Oversee event setup, on-site execution, and teardown.
4. Reporting and Analysis
• Track event metrics and assess their impact on sales and brand awareness.
• Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in event planning, marketing, or a related role.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in event management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus
o Knowledge of the HVAC or air conditioning industry is a plus but not required.

o Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
o A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
