Responsibilities
- Being responsible for handling and providing services to existing assigned accounts;
- Introducing telephone call, correspondence, letter and possible seminars, visits, entertainments with clients as needed basis throughout year;
- Preparing renewal documents, questionnaire, pre-renewal presentation, audit existing covers for renewal, collect quotations; prepare renewal confirmations to underwriters and renewal documents;
- Participating in identifying types of insurance that should be targeted for penetration and assist in new business presentation;
- Being respond to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner and maintain close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters;
- Cooperating with Accounting Department in following up premium settlement, bad debts from clients and to request refund of credit balance to client;
- Other tasks as assigned.
- University graduates
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
- Self-disciplined and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills –effective communicator across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
