Job purpose: Explore a new distribution model in fragmented trade to future-proof and progress in tandem with the development strategy under the "Distributor of the Future" pillar. This will ensure the sustainable performance of distributors/Sub-Ds, aligning with the overall Heineken Vietnam Route to Consumer Strategy.
Roles & responsibilities
• Co-develop Distributor footprint with regional and global and bring to action
• Explore new distribution model in the market in line with distributor of the future framework
• Explore and pilot new initiatives to accelerate the performance of the new distribution operation model
• Pilot with local team and deliver proof of concept and transfer the sustainable model to the local distributor development team
• Lead JBP agenda with distributor
• Work on Finance team on P&L to ensure sustainable business with distributors.

- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree
- Work experience: 4+ experience
- Required work experience in expertise: Experience in distributor development and route to market/consumers.
- Skills: strategic thinking, Distributor understanding very strong data analytic skills (SQL is a plus), and strong stakeholder management
- Language: English (proficient in speaking and writing)
- Deliver: deliver change communication initiatives
- Connect: Manages relationships with stakeholders: strong social skills and the ability to understand and influence.
