Key Accountabilities
- Ensure and maintain the efficiency and security of the IELTS test.
- Manage and handle IELTS confidential materials under tight compliance standards.
- Conduct and materials relating to other IELTS Products/Services such as IELTS Life skills, Enquiry on Results, Additional TRFs, …
- Organize IELTS administrations.
- Assistance in other matters pertaining to IELTS and other examinations payments and administration.
- Handle emergencies on the test day to ensure service continuity and work with the Test Centre Manager on service recovery when needed.
- Act as key contact point with stakeholders for technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Experience - Minimum 2 years in Customer Care/Counselling/Administration (Ability to work in a busy operating environment offering high standards of Customer Care is a plus).
- Experiences or having sense in handling computer/IT issues will be a plus
- Competent communication skills (in both Vietnamese and English – IELTS 6.0 or above)
- Integrity – being honest, confidential and ethical
- Proficiency in using M.S Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail – being careful about details and thorough in completing tasks.
- Dependability – being reliable, responsible, multi-task, and handle tasks under high pressure.
