Support Marketing Manager & Marketing Director in building brand development strategies & conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for brand growth.New product development by understanding the product & its categories, consumers behaviors, packaging design, creating storytelling & brand materials. Create & implement branding campaigns to drive interest & sales. Taking ownership of and evaluating Branding campaigns and optimization metrics to ensure campaigns are effective. Reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximize brand interest & ROI.Control & report Brand budget usage.Responsible for detailed action plan & implementation of Marketing programs/ Brand activities: Consumer promotion, Events/Activation & brand focused projects.Develop & manage brand identity. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Identify, establish & grow relationships with relevant content creators & influencers to gain support in branding content and brand growth.Plan & execute partnership programs with multiple brands & corporates to maximize brand exposure and collaboration opportunities. Monitor & update information of category & market to support MM & MD with related tasks.Yêu cầu ứng viên
4-5 years experience in marketing/brand Good knowledge of all core branding/marketing areas including content marketing, communication, multimedia, event and influencer marketing. The ability to work well with cross-departmental team members, enabling collaboration and advice sharing.Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.Thorough attention to detail.A hand-on attitude and can-do nature.
