JOB DESCRIPTION

• Frontend and Backend programming for Company and customer produc projects.
• Design and implement software that meets customers' business and technology requirements.
• Manage and supervise subordinate employees in software developmen projects, ensuring employees complete work on schedule and achieve expected quality.
• Provide software solutions to ensure system performance and stability.
• Ensure product quality and performance meet customer standards and requirements.
• Consulting and proposing the latest information technology solutions to help the company develop sustainably and compete in the market.
• Search and apply the latest technology, evaluate and apply them to projects to optimize system performance and stability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in languages: C#, Java, PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS,...
• Experience in Presales.
• Proficient in English or Japanese.
• Always update new technology trends in software development.
• Understand the entire software development process, software developmen models, and software project management process according to Agile/Scrum
