Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable

web applications

 Cloud Integration: Utilize Azure services to deploy, manage, and scale applications

efficiently.

 Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to

ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.

 Identity and Access Management: Integrate and manage Okta Identity Provider (IDP)

and enable SSO for secure user authentication and authorization.

 Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product

managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

 Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering

to best practices in software engineering and ensuring high standards of code quality.

 Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely

manner.

 Team management: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers,

fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

 Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand

requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver solutions that meet business

needs.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

field.

 Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full stack development.

 Technical Skills:

o Solid understanding of front-end with proficiency in React, NextJS and JavaScript.

o Strong experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Static Web Apps, AKS,

Postgresql, AKS, APIM, AGIC, Log Analytics, App Insight.)

o Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices (Azure DevOps and Github

Actions)

o Expertise in integrating and managing Okta IDP (CIAM and Workforce)

o Solid back-end development using Java 21, Spring boot 3, Hibernate.

o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

o Experience working with docker container and Kubernetes.

o Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL

(MongoDB, CosmoDB), etc.

 Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Adaptability to new technologies and frameworks.
