This position will be in charge of customer services delivery to assigned clients and contribute to the achievement of renewal target of the team and efficiently promoting cross-selling and/or up-selling to achieve targets
Responsibilities:
Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned clients, including local and high-end medical plan and strickly follow Broker Manual.
Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey including but not limit to:
Placement cycle: designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
Contract management: preparing communication documents and deliver presentation for client, manage adjustments and prepare preriodically claim report during the insured year
Claim support: Providing guidance and assistance for individual clients (insured person) for insurance coverage and claims preparation, submission and resolution; escalating claim disputes to manager for guidance and support
Work closely with Team Leader to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
Promote the cross-selling and/or up-selling with every renewal client
Support Account Manager/ Team leader in preparation for bids and tenders
Actively participate in projects of WTW
Other tasks assigned by Head of department and the Company
