• Provide effective establishment, implementation, application and continuous improvement of QRA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in alignment and compliance with Global QRA strategy and Regional QRA initiatives. • Manage the delivery of Central QRA responsibilities in the given area of responsibility: - Start Up project support - Conduct Site audit processes - Delivery of Quality related training - Review of Self-Assessment & CAPA management - External / Customer audit support & liaison - Service Quality Metric Initiatives - monitoring, investigations & actions • Act as a QA Central with the OE teams to ensure that site managed QRA is successfully executed and that effective standards are delivered (e.g. DHL Quality BASICS, Global Quality Standards, ISO 9001 where applicable, etc.).

• Operational experience of the Supply Chain or similar process industry (eg Manufacturing, activity involving shopfloor labour processes) • At least 3 years of supervisory responsibility • Experience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodology. • Experience conducting/leading successful acquisition of certifications and accreditations (e.g. ISO) of a relatively large and complex organization and subsequent management of a quality system • Experience of working in and with multiple operations • Interpersonal skills with the ability to express an opposing view effectively and diplomatically • Ability to enter and manipulate data to generate reports in a timely manner • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing using applications such as • • Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing and communicating related data • Good English skill
