As the Talent Acquisition Officer specializing in mass hiring at Home Credit Vietnam, you will be instrumental in the recruitment process for the Sales Division (Sales Assistant, Telesales Operator), Risk and Payment Advice Division (Field Payment Advise, Tele Payment Advise) - in 63 provinces.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Be in-charge of full cycle of recruitment and able to source senior and critical roles
- Input into overall hiring strategy of Home Credit Vietnam to ensure teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Define, plan & leverage online recruiting resources, external research vendors, internal referrals, and in-house data to identify and recruit top talent.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
- Consult Hiring Manager & stakeholder to choose best fit candidates in selection process.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Participate in TA and general HR projects and initiatives
Yêu cầu công việc
- University/College degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience in mass hiring.
- Demonstrate excellent observation, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Matured & confident communication
- Able to work under high pressure
- A keen understanding of business insights, keeping up with industry trends
