OPPORTUNITY
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Alumni and Development Collaborator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, including the creation of policies, frameworks, reporting dashboards, and the management of alumni-related initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and various stakeholders to ensure successful alumni engagement and philanthropy efforts.

- Working period: from Feb onwards

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Alumni Engagement initiatives:
- Support develop a robust alumni engagement policy
- Support develop an alumni implementation framework with specific proposed benefits container to alumni (VinUni email accounts, library access…), engagement action plan
- Support establish guidelines for tracking and measuring alumni engagement activities.
- Design and maintain a reporting dashboard to analyze and report on key alumni engagement metrics.

2. Alumni Database Management:
- Work with IT to ensure the creation and management of a centralized alumni database.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

3. Vendor Collaboration for Alumni Landing Page vinuni.edu.vn/alumni:
- Work closely with external vendors to create an engaging and user-friendly alumni landing page.
- Coordinate the integration of alumni data and features on the landing page and later on to the Alumni hub (AY24-25)

4. Philanthropy Initiatives:
- Help develop and manage a microsite dedicated to philanthropy initiatives giving.vinuni.edu.vn
- Help create a philanthropy charter and policy to guide fundraising efforts.
- Help collaborate VinUni Leaders to develop philanthropy packages, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare proposals for donors appreciation and submit them for approval by VGR.

5. Alumni Platform Development:
- Support a BRD (business requirements document) for a dynamic and interactive alumni platform.
- Help Implement features that enhance alumni networking, communication, and collaboration.

COMPENSATION
The salary benefits container are internationally competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
