We started with a small store near Ben Thanh market with a couple of second-hand longtail boat engines; we now have grown into a much larger company with a household brand 40 years later. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Play the role of Logistics Coordinator between the Company, the Suppliers/ Customers and Forwarders to ensure on-time delivery at optimized costs. The role includes but is not limited to:

1. Import and export operation

- External partners (Forwarders/ Brokers/ Custom/ Suppliers/ Customers…):

• Handle shipping operation incl. booking vessels, following shipping schedule, shipping documents, customs clearance & solve related problems

• Verify BL, PL, CO, CQ, HS Code, Custom Clearance Docs • Settle payment for forwarders, logistics brokers…

• Occasionally work with Custom for related issues (1-2 times per year)

- Internal partners:

• Check TCO (Total cost of ownership) of sales orders

• Keep track and provide original shipping docs to relevant departments

• Control the minimum price variance between the actual and standard cost

• Manage and review forwarder list by quarterly/ bi-annual bidding

• Advise Viet Nam regulation about inbound & outbound logistics

• Explore the TCO module in ERP system

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

2. Local logistics coordination

• Plan and schedule daily transportation routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods

• Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery logs and maintenance records

• Ensure all necessary documentation, such as delivery receipts and invoices, is completed accurately

• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and implement best practices

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

• Proven experience in import export operation, logistics coordination, or a related role. At least 4 years of experience.

• Have knowledge of Incoterms in international trade

• Familiarity with local delivery routes and traffic regulations

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Logical and critical thinking, detail oriented, open-minded

• English fluency and Chinese basic in writing and verbal

• High integrity, highly organized and committed to deadline.
