About Position

The IT Director will lead Katalon's IT strategy and operations, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure technology infrastructure that drives business growth. This role oversees IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, end-user support, and IT procurement, ensuring high system availability, cost efficiency, and workforce productivity.

The IT Director will work closely with cross-functional leaders to implement and optimize technology solutions that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and automation—including company-wide productivity tools that improve decision-making and operational performance.

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
• Manage enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM), ensuring integration and alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with the Security team to maintain compliance with IT security policies and industry regulations (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
  
  
  

Technology Deployment & Business Enablement

• Drive the adoption of enterprise-wide productivity tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Enable seamless collaboration across teams by optimizing workplace technology and communication platforms
• Ensure enterprise systems are configured to enhance data accessibility, reporting, and automation across departments
  
  
  

IT Support & Service Excellence

• Develop a scalable, responsive IT support model to enhance the employee experience
• Establish and monitor SLAs for IT support and incident resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Lead and mentor an IT team to drive continuous service improvement and best-in-class IT operations
  
  
  

IT Procurement & Cost Optimization

• Optimize IT spending, including SaaS licensing, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and hardware procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to maximize service levels and cost efficiency
• Define and track IT costs per employee, ensuring ROI on IT investments
  
  
  

Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with Katalon's business growth and operational goals
• Partner with leadership to drive digital transformation, integrating modern technology solutions that enhance efficiency and agility
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in a software/SaaS company
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT service management
• Proven ability to deploy business-critical technology solutions, including company-wide productivity tools and automation platforms
• Experience in IT procurement, cost optimization, and vendor management
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, AWS, or other relevant areas are a plus
