1. Contract & Corporate Legal Documentation

• Draft, review, and provide legal advice on contracts, appendices, official letters, and other legal documents related to the Company’s business and operational activities.

• Assess the legality, validity, and potential legal risks of contracts and transactions; propose appropriate solutions to protect the Company’s interests.

2. Legal Compliance & Licensing

• Support the review, monitoring, and legal advisory on compliance with regulations related to:

  • Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF)

  • Food Safety and Hygiene

  • Other legal regulations applicable to the Company’s business operations.

3. Liaison with Government Authorities

• Coordinate, communicate, and work with relevant government authorities on matters related to Fire Prevention and Fighting, Food Safety, and other legal issues arising during business operations.

4. Internal Legal Advisory (Legal Business Partner)

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal departments on matters related to business operations, management, and labor, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with the Company’s objectives.

5. Legal Updates & Management Support

• Research, monitor, and consolidate updates to laws and regulations; report findings and propose appropriate implementation approaches to management.

6. Reporting & Other Assigned Legal Tasks

• Prepare periodic reports and perform other legal duties as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in in-house legal roles, FDI enterprises, or F&B / retail chain companies.

• Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing contracts; solid understanding of and practical exposure to regulations related to Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF), Food Safety, and Labor Law.

• Good command of spoken English, with the ability to communicate directly and explain legal matters to foreign managers and partners.

• Practical, business-oriented legal mindset, focusing on enabling business objectives rather than merely highlighting risks or imposing rigid legal viewpoints.

• Patient, strong communicator with the ability to translate legal regulations into clear, simple, and understandable language for non-legal departments.

• Collaborative and partnership-driven attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to the Company’s shared goals.
