Founded in 2013, LIKELION is now one of the leading Edtech companies in Korea. We have provided programming education to thousands of students across Korea, the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Vietnam. Working form: On-site, Full-time (Project-based position)

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 ~ 17:30)

Location: VKU School - Da Nang city

• Manage the entire admission process for the LIKELION project in collaboration with government partners, including screening and selecting suitable students.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision for students throughout the training program to ensure active participation and engagement.
• Track, summarize, and report on training progress and outcomes, ensuring alignment with the project's goals.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to handle any issues arising during the training process.
• Propose initiatives to enhance class management quality and student experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Business Administration, Education, or related fields are preferred.
• Experience in student services, education, or training program management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage student data and training documentation effectively.
• Skilled in reporting and analysis.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
