Job Description

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve team conflicts and address any personnel issues.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Guide the team in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to all architectural and technical standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and assist team members in overcoming challenges.
• Contribute to and may decide upon system and database architecture and design decisions.
  
  

Project leading & Execution

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Attend meetings with clients’ project team for project planning, requirement discussion, design review, testing, issue resolution, etc.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide accurate effort estimations for work enhancements.
• Collaborate with the product owner to groom the product backlog.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree with major in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development: proficiency in Tech stack/language/framework Backend (.Net Core), Front-End (JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, HTML5 / CSS 3, SASS/LESS), Database (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), Web Server (Nginx/Apache), DevOps (Jenkins/Docker Compose/SonarQube/Docker Swarm/Gitlab).
• Have experience in Senior/ Technical Lead/ Team Lead/ Project Lead, or similar role.
• Experience with cloud technologies: Azure, AWS,…
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices in software development.
• Can provide solutions for high performance.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
• Proficient English communication and writing.
