Job Description

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of complex cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process to provide timely feedback on features and improvements.
• Analyze existing QC processes and recommend improvements to enhance software quality.
• Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and user flows, including partner integrations and edge cases.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support continuous improvement and high-quality product delivery.
• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine root causes and propose appropriate solutions.
  
  

Required Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a QC engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining test cases based on functional requirements.
• Intermediate-level SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working collaboratively in Agile teams.
• Experience or research in test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and regular expressions is a plus.
