• Update and maintain schedules for concurrent projects, ensuring timely project delivery
• Collaborate with designer, art directors, and production teams to gather project status and direction
• Work with US and Vietnam design teams to understand their working capacity and ensure the design department sets achievable design schedules
• Interact and communicate with the US Design team, US Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure they are updated with the latest adjustments in the product development timeline
• Set up, monitor, and consolidate data systems and processes to continuously update and report on project status
• Create plans and build necessary processes to optimize design workflows in alignment with the company’s business development objectives and implement them effectively across relevant departments
• Improve processes, tools, and methodology of measuring productivity metrics in Vietnam to identify areas for improvement in interaction, organization, and collaboration processes, ensuring optimal, transparent measurement of productivity and efficiency
• Willing to work flexible hours to align with the US team
• Support the management of administrative tasks and equipment in the Admin design department
• Represent the management of ISO processes and documentation for the design department. Coordinate with other departments during the ISO implementation process
  

• A university degree in Management, Project Management, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of project coordination experience in a manufacturing plant, design company, service company, or any organization with project management or operations management functions
• Proficient in English, TOEIC >700 or IELTS 6.0 or higher
  

• Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for numbers
• Proficient in tools for data collection, statistics, analysis, time tracking, and multi cross function interaction, ensuring that information is always updated for relevant departments
