• Shipping:
• Support in daily shipping by preparing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) & systems
• Assist in coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to handle shipping tasks
• Coordinate with other functions for solving any issue in shipping
• Procurement:
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for required materials/services
• Support purchase order creation and follow up with suppliers for order confirmations & delivery date
• Maintain procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Understand the foreign trade and work with overseas suppliers for ordering, sourcing and solving incurring any issues
• Coordinate with internal departments in the project
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation & English abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior internship experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain is a plus
