As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective solutions within the finance and banking domain.

Opportunity: Senior Business Analysis

Role Description

·      Gather and document business requirements.

·      Analyze processes and recommend improvements.

·      Perform data analysis to identify trends and issues.

·      Design soltuions and support project implementation

·      Collaborate between business and technical teams.

·      Support UAT and change management.

Role requirements

·      Minimum 02 years of experience as a Business Analysis in the finance and banking.

·    Strong understanding of Insurance, and familiar with database in Oracle, MySQL,…)

·      Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence,…).

·      Have experience in datahub/data engineer/ data pipeline is a plus.

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
