• Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Brand’s overall mission, vision values and strategies.
• Develops and implements sales strategies that support achievement of the Hotel’s financial goals.
• Manage the profile of all accounts (Corporate, TA/TO, MICE, PCO..) with full information.Services existing business through management of account base.
• Prepare administration documents required for sales and business accounts.
• Provide direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
• Plan and coordinate with sale on site for familiarization tours and site inspections.
• Interface with operations on a timely basis
• Initiate and prepare tenders for business
• Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting of clients to solicit new business.
• Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs.

• One - two years in hospitality
• Local market knowledge of hotel industry preferred
• University Graduated diploma required
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, English and preferably one more language.
