Mô tả Công việc
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. Develop, improve and review administrative systems and policies
Manage reliable reception functions - couriers, distribution of mail, cleaning, security and catering etc.
Conduct and train team and allocate responsibilities and office space. Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage leases and office setup/updates/fit out/renovations project
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations, manage schedules and deadlines
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Manage leases and office setup/updates/fit out/renovations project
Manage with the induction of new team members including workstation set-ups for new and relocating staff
Keep track and support expats on the needed documents to work in Vietnam.

Crafting an outstanding front of house experience with a high level of attention to detail in all areas, especially with respect to our client and visitor experience.
Having impeccable presentation, friendly and professional communication skills, and the ability to host and interact with visitors, including staff, suppliers and clients on a variety of levels.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
Bachelor's degree, university graduated. Have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field, such as management or administration, preferred
Knowledge on furniture products is an advance
Fluent English in both spoken and written
Goo knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Exhibit effective communication skills and have the ability to interact with others
