Job Responsibilities
As the General Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- To act as interpreter/translator from English to Vietnamese and vice versa for the business alignment.
- To communicate relevant banking sections for reporting on the business alignment.
- To handle the necessity arrangement as an administrative staff for above business alignment.
- Business planning support for retail segment such market research, interview with professionals and discuss with relevant banking sections, etc.
Experience requirements
- Applicant having working experience in foreign companies or Japan is preferable.
- Working experience in banking, especially in foreign banks is preferable (newly graduated person is also acceptable). Retail business planning experience is preferable
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (oral & written)
- Fluent Japanese (N2 or N1)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork, responsibility, initiative, hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent office computer skills.
- University degree in Economic, Banking, Finance or related fields; Applicant graduating from universities in overseas (graduate or under-graduate degree) or Japan is preferable.
