Outcubator is looking for The FX Trader is responsible for executing foreign exchange trades to maximize profits and manage currency risks for the firm or clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing currency portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The trader must be adept at making swift decisions in a fast-paced environment, often under high pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution:
Execute spot, forward, and options trades in various currencies.
Ensure trades comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Market Analysis:
Monitor global financial markets and economic indicators.
Analyze market trends, news, and events that impact currency values.
Provide timely and accurate market commentary and insights.
Risk Management:
Manage currency exposure and risk for the firm or clients.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate currency risk.
Monitor and adjust positions to align with risk management policies.
Portfolio Management:
Manage a portfolio of currencies, ensuring optimal performance.
Balance long and short positions to achieve target returns.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies as necessary.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry practices.
Technology Utilization:
Use trading platforms and financial software to execute trades and analyze data.
Stay updated with advancements in trading technology and tools.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Education:

Experience:
3+ years of experience in FX trading or a related role.
Proven track record of successful currency trading.
Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in using trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
