Job Description
- Set up a monthly budget target for ongoing facility purchase
- Collaborate closely with warehouse team frequently to validate demand for new facilities and ensure that warehouse meets budget target
- Design a launching plan for a new warehouse that fits business demand
- Work with Procurement team to conduct thorough assessments for the best vendors for new warehouse and facilities
- Optimize cost spent in purchasing new facilities and infrastructure
- Monitor warehouse capacity overtime to prepare for the next expansion
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, supply chain, procurement, admin
- Ability to travel across the country to set up new warehouses and facilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, good at team work
- Have great attention to details, well-organized
- Being fluent in English and having an international mindset is a plus
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) to daily job
- Can be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement

Công ty TNHH Panel Plus là công ty sản xuất và phân phối Ván Dăm, được thành lập vào năm 1990, Panel Plus là một lĩnh vực kinh doanh mở rộng từ Tập đoàn Mitr Phol Sugar. Panel Plus sử dụng bã mía từ quá trình sản xuất đường để sản xuất Ván Dăm với công nghệ cao và thân thiện với môi trường. Ngoài bã mía, dăm gỗ cao su được sử dụng làm nguyên liệu bổ sung để nâng cao sản xuất. Gần đây, chúng tôi quyết định thành lập dây chuyền sản xuất mới để sản xuất giấy melamine và ván dăm phủ melamine để phục vụ khách hàng với nhiều nhu cầu khác nhau. Panel Plus nhận giải thưởng nhà tuyển dụng xuất sắc nhất 2 năm liên tiếp (2017/2018).
