Role Description

The Restauranr Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and profitable performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing staff, implementing operational procedures, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Develop business plans for the stores; manage and monitor all operational activities across the region in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

✔️ Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for stores under your management.

✔️ Plan and implement employee training programs.

✔️ Organize staff meetings across the region: assign tasks, gather feedback, provide guidance, and train on operational processes.

✔️ Supervise and support the setup of new stores.

✔️ Conduct interviews and training for managers and supervisors.

✔️ Provide professional advice to the Board of Directors (BOD) and related departments regarding operations and business expansion.

✔️ Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.

✔️ Collect and consolidate reports from stores to submit to the BOD.

✔️ Manage feedback and customer responses through the company hotline and Google reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Min 3 years of experience in managing a fine-dining restaurant or 5-star hotel.

✨ Strong communication in English

✨ Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and the ability to read and interpret P&L statements.

✨ Certification in Food Safety or other relevant hospitality certifications.

✨ Proficiency with restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools, inventory management).

✨ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

✨ Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.

✨ Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations.

✨ Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
