What You'll Do:

• Develop business plans for the stores; manage and monitor all operational activities across the region in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for stores under your management.
• Plan and implement employee training programs.
• Organize staff meetings across the region: assign tasks, gather feedback, provide guidance, and train on operational processes.
• Supervise and support the setup of new stores.
• Conduct interviews and training for managers and supervisors.
• Provide professional advice to the Board of Directors (BOD) and related departments regarding operations and business expansion.
• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.
• Collect and consolidate reports from stores to submit to the BOD.
• Manage feedback and customer responses through the company hotline and Google reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a fine-dining restaurant or 5-star hotel.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and the ability to read and interpret P&L statements.
• Certification in Food Safety or other relevant hospitality certifications.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools, inventory management).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
