Mô tả công việc
- Build up the Finance & Accounting process and procedures.
- Daily control operation of Accounting to comply with VAS & Tax regulation.
- Preparing all tax reports (VAT, CIT, WHT...), and submitting to tax department.
- Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecast.
- Bank facility control to catch up with operation require.
- Make all payment voucher.
- Ensure the month end closing and reporting processes complete on time.
- Prepare, review and analyze all the movement in the financial statements (P&L, B/S, C/F).
- Ensure the reports are submitted with high accuracy, compliance with VAS timely.
- Analyze and report expenses/accounts and provide insights for improvement.
- Review purchase contracts and purchase invoices, sale invoices and sales contract.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting function.
- Others job assigned by Management
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated university or College in Accounting or Finance
- 2 - 5 years experience
- Computer & Accounting software
- Time management, Management skill
- Knowledge of Law, provision, regulation
- Chief Accountant certificate
- Working location: Thien Tan, Vinh Cuu, Dong Nai
