- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests
- MCSA/CCNA knowledge is preferred
- SharePoint/Cloud infrastructure knowledge is preferred
- Weekend/holiday support is required in case
- Ability to business travel to our remote sites: Hanoi, Cambodia if required
- English skill in communication is required

Fullerton Manufacturing Ltd là công ty chuyên sản xuất các tấm che ngoài trời, túi tiện ích, rèm cửa và các sản phẩm CMT liên quan khác với các cơ sở tại Trung Quốc và Việt Nam. Ban đầu được thành lập với tư cách là một tập đoàn Đài Loan, Yichun Textile Ltd vào năm 1980, Fullerton Manufacturing Ltd được thành lập tại Thâm Quyến, Trung Quốc vào năm 2000.
Năm 2009, Fullerton mở rộng Cơ sở CMT của mình sang Huizhou, Trung Quốc sản xuất hàng tiêu dùng xuất khẩu sang thị trường Mỹ và quốc tế. Vào năm 2019, Fullerton đã thành lập Cơ sở CMT thứ hai tại Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam với cả hai cơ sở đều tuân thủ đầy đủ các tiêu chuẩn GMP và kiểm toán SMETA và SCAN được phê duyệt độc lập.
