Job Description
Purpose and Scope
The Commercial team of Integrated Urban Solutions is expanding and seeks for a results-oriented individual with experience in Vietnam and Greater China Region (GCR) - Hong Kong, China and Taiwan to join their team. Reporting to AVP, Commercial - Greater China, this role is responsible to support and complement Commercial team go focus on GCR for Sembcorp Infra Services (SIS) and Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) projects in Vietnam and our Industrial projects in Indonesia. The incumbent will also identify and generate leasing leads to secure lease agreements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to influence companies from GCR to establish production and warehousing facilities in Vietnam and Indonesia.
- Gain exclusive insights of Chinese companies’ plan to enter Vietnam and Indonesia market through established channels and market intelligence.
- Segment, target, engage and connect potential client to create interest and secure leasing agreement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GCR agencies and value-added partners such as banks, trade bodies, and business services to generate leads and referrals to enhance the credibility and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with like-minded business partners to coordinate and participate in roadshows and forums to drive marketing efforts and generate marketing leads for subsequent cultivation and realisation.
- Host site visit across Vietnam and GCR to engage clients and evaluate their interest level.
- Look out for businesses interested in adopting sustainable energy and renewable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business studies or real estate
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales and proven track record, preferably 3- 5 years in Industrial Parks or agencies in leasing factories/ warehouses and sale of land
- Knowledge in marketing strategies, market dynamics and cultural considerations
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research and performance data
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Written and Verbal) required as this role will need to liaise with clients from Greater China Region
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Application (PowerPoint, Excel and Words)
- Able to travel (60% of the time)
