About the Role: 

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing applications for banks, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) projects. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, as well as the ability to effectively coordinate between our technology teams and bank staff. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. 
• Create detailed documentation to support the development and implementation of banking applications, with an emphasis on AML projects. 

Coordination and Communication: 

• Act as a liaison between the technology team and bank staff to ensure clear and effective communication. 
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to capture and clarify requirements. 

Project Implementation: 

• Assist in the implementation of banking applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. 
• Monitor project progress and assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise. 
• Conduct analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions. 
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Banking/ Fintech domain is preferred)
• Proven experience in implementing AML projects is highly desirable. 
• Understanding of banking applications. 
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. 
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
