• To report to work within the requested time prior to commencement of duty, well groomed and to uniform standard.

• To promote a helpful and professional image to the client and give full co-operation to any prospective guest requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.

• To ensure the attendants are aware of daily specials, goals set and all activities within the hotel.

• To print and close the POS report at the end of shift and deposit the taking in the hold safe.

• Takes action to control all operating such as linen, china, cutlery and glassware to minimize loss and maintain quality.

• Motivate staff to perform their duties to the highest possible standard.

• Be aware and actively sells at all times to help increase the productivity of the outlet.

• Serves the guests with a sense of professionalism and with the highest degree of quality.

• Assists the Team Leader /Assistant Manager /Manager in all training programs and on the job training sessions.

• Mandatory experience in F&B with a minimum experience of 1-2 year in a similar role within.

• Basic cooking knowledge on menu items.

• Excellent communication skills

• Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.

• The ability to cope under pressure.

• Proficiency in English to serve guests and making report.

• Statement of honest and no criminal record.
