POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Executive to build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction by offering the best products, services and experience to all customers. Ultimately, you will contribute to our company’s sustainable growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business strategy for wholesale and corporate sales channel
- Follow up on market trends in the chocolate/food industry, proposing to BOD to develop product and strategy accordingly
- Actively seek out new potential customers through phone calls, networking, and introduction emails.
- Increase market share in a working channel
- Maintaining existing business at profitable pricing levels.
- Keeping track of existing contracts, renewing contracts closely.
- Be a coordinator of seasonal campaigns, ensuring campaigns are executed on time to the right standards and generate decent revenues.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products & services.
- Set up a meeting with customers to understand deeply their demand
- Introduce products and provide samples to customers
- Participate in an exhibition
- Handle customer complaints.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Day-to-day coordination between sales and operations ensures orders are executed smoothly, professionally, and on time.
- Report plans, actions, and results to BOD in a synthetic weekly/monthly
- Compiling daily/weekly/monthly report
- Forecast of sales per market; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
- Quarterly update and review the customer data
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 25 - 35
- Education: diploma or bachelor in business management / hospitality
- Experience:at least 2 year-experience in B&B Sales, in the food industry
- Having good communication & negotiation skills
- Actively listen and understand customer demand
- Good English communication in writing and speaking
- Being a story teller / inspiring person
- Young, dynamic, self-motivated attitude
- Be able to work under high pressure and adapt to changes or fast pace
