Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead a maintenance team of Electrical & Automation (E&A) Specialists and Technicians.
Act as trainer/mentor for the team, focusing on safety, quality, and first- time- right execution.
Oversee performance evaluations and technical development.
Maintenance Management:
Manage asset master data and utilize CMMS for workflow and inventory control.
Plan, execute, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Reduce breakdowns and implement condition- based and predictive maintenance.
Process Optimization:
Monitor and improve asset performance (uptime, reliability).
Optimize spare parts management, calibration processes, and maintenance routines.
Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cybersecurity & Digital Tools:
Ensure compliance with Heineken&039;s cybersecurity standards.
Implement digital solutions to improve process visibility and real- time decision- making.
Coordination:
Serve as the primary interface with local IT and cybersecurity organizations.
Act as the main contact for operations, planning, and procurement teams.
Align with Packaging and Brewing teams to meet operational needs.
Cost & CAPEX Management:
Monitor maintenance costs and execute CAPEX projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Expertise in maintenance planning, workflow management, and team leadership.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a technical/operational environment.
Bachelor&039;s/Master&039;s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Advanced knowledge of automation, electrical systems, and cybersecurity.
