Mô tả công việc
• Reduce machine break down time by providing simple & innovative design, solution, prevention and prediction to all of Equipment including automation machine
• Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up any improvement project related Breakdown time reduction for critical equipment (MTTR, MTBF KPIs)
• Develop and improve equipment capability and flexibility
• Drive, provide clear guidance & coach maintenance technician for trouble shooting guide for single breakdown type to give the best response time (minimum time) & provide clear guidance
• Coach maintenance technician to improve skill competency by training & etc.
• Perform data analysis to understand individual equipment performance and its characteristic (repetitive issue in critical equipment), recommend problem solving action based on structural data analysis, based on six sigma project approach
• Identify potential problem at individual equipment to predict the availability time.
• Understanding critical spare part in every critical equipment.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor degree (S1/DIII) Automation, mechatronic or Electrical Engineering Automation Control
• At least 5 years in Maintenance Engineering in automation machine
• Mechanical Design, Electrical design, PLC & HMI, Automation system, Lab View, C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language
• English, Ability to use MS Office, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill.
• At least 5 years in Maintenance Engineering in automation machine
