- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Develop and implement content marketing campaigns across various platforms, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and blog.
- Create engaging and informative marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
- Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns through platforms and social media advertising.
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing events, webinars, and classroom coordination.
- Support Head of Academy with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Academy.

Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track and interpret marketing data.
