• To ensure the inventories are properly safeguarded and protected against any kind of loss.
• To ensure that all stock movements are accounted for and are in compliance with policy.
• To build up and be cooperative with all employees for those who he /she liaises with.
• To respond to customer/superior queries quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items.
• Provides efficient and comprehensive secretarial.
