Project Management: 70%

• Primary contact point with SI, all stakeholders & proactive join to all concurrent projects.

• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope of project, budgets.

• Develops, maintains, tracks, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information on the projects and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

• Performs other related duties as assigned

IT Management: 30%

• Take ownership of the IT function of the company and manage all IT-related activities for all offices.

• Overlook and work closely with other departments, and implement IT Systems to support business requirements and operational needs. It also involves daily IT administrative and support activities and basic network configuration and maintenance.

• Manage IT, vendors, manage IT assets procurement, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software

• Review specifications and designs to ensure compliance with security and IT policies

• Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote technical proficiency across all teams

Requirements: 

- At least 3 years in IT Management.

- At least 4 years in Project management.

- Good Knowledge of IT Applications DMS, ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, Sales, DWH...

- Experience in deploying successful projects like DMS, ERP, and CRM.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

- Understanding of IT Operation: process, technical, support, services, optimization

- Experience working on E-Commerce channel

- Ready to work detail, deep-dive if needed

- Ready to practice/hands-on on above applications/systems

- Multitasking skills
