⏩ Main Responsibilities:

1. Design Team Management

• Monitor, assign, and control the workflow and progress of the design team (4–6 members).
• Develop working guidelines, design approval processes, and quality standards.
• Review and approve all team outputs.
• Train and develop team members’ skills.

2. Brand Identity Development & Supervision

• Ensure all designs strictly follow the brand guideline.
• Develop new brand identity systems (logo, key visuals, colour palette, etc.).
• Oversee visual consistency across all online and offline channels.
• Participate in and orient key materials: Key visual, social assets, event moodboards, exhibition designs, etc.

3. Cross-department Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand, PR, E-commerce teams to understand needs and campaign objectives.
• Directly join brainstorming sessions and concept development with the Brand team.
• Coordinate with agencies for outsourced projects.

⏩ Job Requirements:

1. Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of design experience, including at least 1–2 years in a Senior/Lead role.
• Experience in FMCG or mom-and-baby industry is a plus.

2. Professional Skills

• Strong aesthetic sense; deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create motion videos and proficiency with professional video editing tools.
• Experience in concept creation and creative direction for marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Corel, AutoCAD 3D, Premiere is a plus.

3. Soft Skills

• Ability to guide junior team members, provide coaching and effective feedback.
• Strong time management, multitasking ability, and stress tolerance.
• Open-minded, collaborative, and proactive in process improvement.

⏩ Portfolio Requirements

• Strong portfolio in branding systems, key visual campaigns, POSM, digital assets, and video editing.
• Having case studies of team leadership or creative direction in the mom-and-baby category is a plus.
