1. KOL/KOC & Creator Management

• Identify, source, and manage KOLs/KOCs/UGCs aligned with brand and product positioning.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage ongoing creator relationships.
• Coordinate content production, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support creators with content ideas, scripts, and product information.
• Review and finalize content before publication.
• Track content performance (views, engagement, conversions).

2. Partnership & PR Activities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities aligned with brand OKRs.
• Manage collaboration plans, timelines, and deliverables with partners.
• Coordinate PR bookings, sponsored content, and media collaborations.
• Prepare content briefs and ensure timely execution.

3. Event Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop event concepts, activities, and timelines.
• Coordinate KOLs/KOCs, partners, vendors, and event crew (MCs, photographers, experts).
• Manage PR materials, samples, and event-related assets

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on PR, KOL/KOC, and partnership activities.
• Track effectiveness of PR initiatives and suggest optimizations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in PR or equivalent positions.
• Good understanding of social media (blogs, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Agile, dynamic, flexible, with a spirit of learning and good teamwork skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
• Ability to present and speak in public.
• Priority: Excellent English skills.
