Chubb Life is the international life insurance division of Chubb, providing protection and savings-oriented life insurance products primarily in Asia. With a presence in various countries, Chubb Life serves consumers through different distribution channels, including captive agents, banks, retailers, brokers, and direct marketing.

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Director at Chubb Life in Hanoi. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing leadership to the team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
