- Organizes and controls the day to day running of the reception desk

- Ensuring consistent product and service delivery with a high level of client care.

- Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Ability of building & maintaining guest relationship.

- Attractive service fee bonus (about 3.5 million - 5.5 million/month)

- University or College graduation with major in Hospitality management

- Minimum 1 years with relevant experiences in 4 or 5 star hotels

- Fluent in English communication

- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure.

- Positive attitude and mindset of hospitality

- Customer service skills
