Job Description

• Work on functional and cross functional projects related to First & Last Miles to help operations run efficiently and sustainably. As part of the projects, develop and execute strategies and help communicate with relevant stakeholders to help SPX operations even in unexpected situations.
• Key contact point between SPX Departments (Local and Reg.) and Operations Excellence team on those special projects that need collaboration across teams.
• Lead and manage projects end to end; work with varied stakeholders to achieve its business goals.
• Support the team with the development of business project reports.
• Design and build reports and presentations, ensure data integrity and hygiene.
• Work proactively with internal stakeholders (e.g Operations, Business Intelligence, Products, etc.) on assigned projects.
• Adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions.

Requirements

• 3-4 years’ experience in positions related to Data Analysis, Project Management and Coordination, experiences in ecommerce/ elogistics is a plus.
• Great attention to detail, excellent data sense and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in Excel/Google Sheets (modeling), PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Able to write and communicate well in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and written, including presentation skill.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experiences in data-driven project management and implementation is a strong plus.
