You are enthusiastic with financial operation in hospitality. The Caravelle Family is looking for its Assistant Director of Finance. The idea candidate will support the Finance department in efficient financial activities and Hotel performance and maximize clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Director of Finance in the smooth and efficient running of Finance Department

- Manage, supervise and coordinate the actions of the Finance Division

- Drives the financial performance and returns of the Hotel

- Ensure all accounting activities of the Hotel are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to the Hotel requirements

- Support for the Financial Audits and Reports

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance and Chief Accountant Certification

- 3 year experience in the same position at 5 star chain hotels

- Mastering and strong knowledge in laws in term of accounting regulations

- Strong in planning, budgeting and cost controlling

- Financial & Risk Management and Audit Champion

- Dynamic leadership and engaging personality
