* Responsibilities:
- Tracking and update sales reports from the Dealer network. Summarize the Dealer's sales contract with allocated stock, make weekly report.
- Control approved CPA/ FDC for Dealers, manage and process payment for Dealers.
- Receive registration sent by Dealers for the retail sales cases outside the authorized sales area and sell to body makers. Check with Dealers of the area to ensure the retail sales which not violate as SOP regulation. Statistics and monthly follow up.
- Receive the information sent by Dealers to register and request for authorization letter for tenders. Process to issue the authorization letter and follow up the result of tenders.
- Participate, follow up the process of Dealer Portal. Assist Dealer through CRM/ Dealer Portal to ensure smoothly operation between HMV/Dealers.
- Summary Dealers' Backorder by end of each month for internal report. Statistics and report Dealers' aging vehicle stock and update the status of each vehicle
- Ensure that the transaction between HMV/Dealers such as order/delivery/ retail sales process runs smoothly.
- Summary the VR data of VTA, monthly report and follow up.
- Support Dealers throughout the sales operation such as Sales & Marketing programs, Sales promotions to achieve the sales targets.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers, Officer.
