- Prepare and administer the training calendar on a regular basis

- Take responsibility for arrangements and preparations for all trainings to be conducted on site or off site. This includes but not limits to preparing and issuing invitation (if any), preparing, photocopying and circulating hand-outs, setting up and taking training record, making practical arrangement for training room and facilities

- Plan and organize monthly staff meetings to enhance employee communication. Ensure meetings involve variety of employees, and that they are creative, interesting interactive and informative.

- Supports the T&C team in organizing team building activities or any other activities to enhance employee relation

- Develop and deliver orientation program for new hires.

- Conduct orientation for casual rank and file staff
