GENERAL INFORMATION

• Sector: A successful foreign-owned fashion company based in Tay Ho District, Hanoi. The company was established in 2010 and currently employs 45 people. It specializes in designing, producing, and marketing its collections of high-quality ladies' and children's fashion through its own stores in Hanoi, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City.
• Working location: Quang An, Tay Ho, HN
• Working time: 8h30 - 17h30 (Mon-Fri)
• Reporting line: General Manager (Foreigner)

SCOPE OF WORK

Job Purpose: To support the organization in achieving its online sales goals through the development and execution of effective ecommerce strategies and tactics. 

• Develop and manage ecommerce sales strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. 
• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising. 
• Analyze ecommerce data to inform business decisions and continually optimize performance. 
• Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales efforts. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the company’s ecommerce strategy. 
• Manage the development and implementation of promotional initiatives and product launches. 
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the shipping and fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENT 

• University degree in Marketing, or related fields 
• From 2 years of experience in sales & marketing online
• Have writing skills, multi-platform content creation, understanding of digital media platforms such as: YT, FB, TIKTOK.... 
• Good English
