Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability from online channels, including marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktokshop) and brand-owned website
• Generate financial reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and support management decisions.
Transaction Reconciliation:
• Reconcile daily sales and payment transactions across various online platforms, ensuring they match bank statements and platform reports
• Manage discrepancies between platform reports and actual transactions, collaborating with internal teams and online platforms to resolve issues promptly
Tax Compliance & Reporting:
• Handle tax calculations, filing, and documentation specific to online sales transactions and cross-border e-commerce
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international tax laws related to e-commerce activities
• Prepare necessary documentation and reports for audits and tax filings.
Platform Fee Management:
• Track and account for platform-specific fees, including commissions, advertising fees, and transaction fees
• Ensure accurate deduction and classification of these fees to support financial reporting
