Role Description

This job holder is mainly in charge to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Achieve the sales objectives / targets for the assigned sales channel.
• Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales and marketing programs and activities in area / customers in charged.
• Dealing and developing the strategic Plan for Key Account Business nationwide for increasing market share, net sales and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
• Develop and implement sales processes and strategies for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals. Identify the short-term business needs and objectives of key customers and develop / sell proactive business solutions across the full demand / supply chain.
• Manage manual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company.
• Liaise closely with customers for proper sales forecasting and manage reporting of sales and projected sales / margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions as well as handle all customer’s interface, ensuring good customer relationship, solving customer’s problem as necessary.
• Building good relationship with customers to maintain and develop the merchandising status according to the number of facing, eye level, cheapest rental position in order to boost the company product visibility.
• Any other tasks as assigned by line manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance & Banking, Business Administration) 
• At least 5 years of experience in the same or relevant position
• Experience in Fintech ( specially in lending) is a merit
• Good understanding in fintech / banking sector
• Hard-working, energetic, ready-to-learn
• Well planning, negotiation & data analysis skills
• Independent, team-work and presentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, good command in English is a plus
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point…
