Mô tả Công việc
In charge of all preparation and procedures for exact and competitive compensation and benefit to all staffs
- Manage data accuracy (attendance, OT, personal data and so on) of plant people in HR data for payroll and reports and resolve related issues where appropriate
- In charge of monthly payroll
- In charge of PIT tasks
- In charge of calculating monthly/quarterly/yearly bonuses for departments (if any)
- Manage and control policies, benefits, salaries, and bonuses.
- In charge of SHUIs
- Continuously review and adjust to make the system, the theoretical process suitable and effective in practice
- Counseling all employee complaints, compensation & benefits questions
- Prepare internal and external reports on plant people
- Be in charge of HR database updating, report and analysis
- Other ad-hoc as assigned by the Line Manager or HR Director Requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Functional knowledge & experiences:
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resource Management & C&B
- Understanding of total reward is a plus
Functional skills:
- Proficiency in HR management, accounting and social
- Teamwork and good communication
- Able to build relationships with others
Managerial skills:
- Good time management
Education: Bachelor of Human Resource Management, C&B, Business Management, Law
Seniority: 3-4 years
Language: Good command of both Vietnamese and English
Office skills: Advanced in MS Office skills (especially in Excel, formulas, etc)
Attitude: Working well under pressure, hands-on, detail-oriented and confidential
